What is Spark-Up?
Established with a partnership between İstanbul Bilgi University, Can Holding, and Beylikdüzü Municipality, and with the support of KOSGEB, Spark-Up Technology Development Center (TEKMER) is an incubation center that aims to enhance the collaborations among the actors within the entrepreneurship ecosystem, to encourage R&D, and contribute to the production of new technologies and providing support to entrepreneurship.
